How it usually goes

 

I really miss the snow upstate. real winter. obsessing over wood, cooking curry, being blinded by the light. I'll disappear again one day.

I have covid so I've been in the studio trying to paint between headaches.

Painted over this work from 2007. It had such a cringe title i decided to glue a canvas patch over all the signature info on the back.  Times have changed. This canvas is pretty old. It will be cool to do a new painting on it and have it hang along side over more recent panels and canvases.
